The architect firm Pollard Thomas Edwards wanted to insulate the street-facing building as much as possible while conserving some of its overall architectural unity and urban feel.

To achieve this, the architect designed a two-storey building with a primary brick structure, to which he attached a Danpalon® BRV rainscreen using a combination of opal and clear with a Softlite finish to great effect.
