Royal Mint Gardens is one of London’s most prestigious and exciting new residential developments and occupies a significant position in the midst of historic London. It is close to the Tower of London, alongside the historic Royal Mint Building and within a few minutes of St. Katherine Docks in London E1. It is a residential-led, mixed-use development.
Designed by multi-international award winning architects Farrells, the vision for Royal Mint Gardens combines unique planning and architecture, with outstanding amenities and outside spaces.
The building has three towers, in impressive triple volume reception and common garden terraces. On the second level of the building, full length through Rosemary to Sage Place, runs “The Avenue”. “The Avenue” has access to the relaxation area, yoga room, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as the landscaped courtyards.
Phase 1 of the development comprised three interlinked blocks of 15, 14 and 13 storeys, and phase 2 a 13-storey building containing 200 apartments and retail and office space on the lower levels. Operating railway tracks, just outside the building required extra focus on safety and precise work planning. More than 13 thousand square metres of Reynaers Aluminium Concept Wall 86 balcony interfaced unitised façade structures were installed on site. Reynaers Concept System 77 Doors or ConceptPatio 155(LS) Sliding and Folding Doors were also fitted.
