Wrapping round two sides of the Wilkinson store, it is a major part of the Sutton high street redevelopment.

Councillor Jayne McCoy, executive member for planning, economic development and housing, said: “This living, vertical garden is a signature part of the town centre improvement project, and I am pleased that it has finally been delivered. The wall will be in bloom all year round and will bring health benefits, as well as colour to the area.”

The wall was sponsored by TFL and Wilkinson’s, working alongside Sutton Borough Council.
