Leaf Lamp Trees from Green Furniture Concept have been chosen for the BREEAM rated excellent Torsplan office and retail building. The Torsplan building was designed to create an extraordinary work environment. A carefully planned, well-conceived and customized indoor environment that results in vital and creative atmosphere.

The property was the first commercial property in the Nordic countries to be environmentally certified in level BREEAM Excellent. With this in mind the selection of the furnishing of the entrance hall for the office building was equally important. The design, functionality and sustainability should reflect the whole project.

To achieve a feeling of bringing nature in, meanwhile having no issues with maintaining plants, BAU Architects placed Leaf Lamp Trees from Green Furniture Concept in the entrance hall. The Leaf Lamp Trees are ambiance shapers both visually and acoustically.

Foliage of wool felt that absorbs sound and radically improves the speech perception in a room. Grand light trees in scale with the grand interior.

All benches in the entrance hall were chosen from the Nova C series. Color selection was made to match the rest of the interior. Since the area is semipublic it was crucial for Torsplan that the seating could be easily maintained. The hardwax system Green Furniture use ensures this.
